If your account’s total backup size exceeds the account’s storage quota, backups will halt until the issue is resolved. You can start your backup over by deselecting all files from within your Carbonite Backup Drive and reselecting only the locations you wish to back up. Any file not reselected for back up will be removed from our servers within 72 hours.
