To continue backing up and restoring files on macOS 10.14 Mojave or greater, Carbonite needs to be granted access to Apple’s Full Disk Access. For more information on how to complete these steps, please review the article below.

Carbonite will automatically send out backup overdue emails if your computer hasn't connected to Carbonite within 14 days.

  1. Ensure your computer is connected to the internet.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Update Carbonite to the latest version.
