Restoring an Individual Mailbox in Microsoft Exchange

Carbonite Safe Server Backup (CSSB) supports full and block level incremental backups of Microsoft Exchange. You can restore an individual mail database.

When you delete a mailbox accidentally, Microsoft Exchange doesn't delete the actual data until the retention period expires. The default expiration period for Exchange is 30 days. If you need to recover the mailbox within the window of the expiration date, you can simply restore it from Exchange yourself. For more details, you can refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/274343.

If you are an Outlook user, you can easily recover the deleted items (such as folders, emails etc.) by using the Recover Deleted Item option in Outlook. For more details, you can refer to Microsoft's Office Support page.
