When you purchase your subscription, you select a specific plan and length of time. You can renew your subscription at any time.

Automatic renewal
Carbonite offers an automatic renewal option so that you don't have to worry about manually renewing before your subscription runs out. This may already be activated for you. You can check your enroll in automatic renewal any time you like.

Canceling
We want to be your backup solution! If you're not happy with Carbonite for any reason, we'd like to work with you and resolve any concerns or issues you might be having with the product. Please contact us and we'll help you!
