What's the latest version?
We have two versions of our software available on Mac OS X. Each are regularly updated to ensure that they provide the best experience for you and addresses any potential issues that may arise in previous releases.

Reinstalling
Reinstalling can help with a number of problems and is one of the quickest ways to reconnect to our servers or troubleshoot any issue you may see with Carbonite.

Moving Carbonite?
If you have gotten a new computer to replace an old one, you can easily transfer your Carbonite subscription over to the new computer from your old one. You can also restore your backed up files to the new computer after transferring Carbonite. For details, please view the Restore section.
