Difficulty Installing Carbonite
In most cases, you can install Carbonite easily from your account. However, there may be some instances where Carbonite cannot install properly on your computer.

You can use Carbonite to back up data files located on a Virtual Machine. Files located on Virtual Machines must be visible to your computer's file management system for Carbonite to be capable of backing them up.
