Backing Up Files in Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive with Carbonite
Summary:
Carbonite can back up files from Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive that are synced to the computer.

Solution:
- Ensure the respective app is configured to store the files locally and not synced to the cloud
- The setting will have verbiage concerning saving hard drive space.
- If the files are stored in the cloud, Carbonite will not be able to back them up.
- Open Carbonite.
- Within Carbonite, navigate to the folder where the app’s files are synced.
