Your Carbonite Safe Server Backup subscription protects your computers by backing up and restoring individual files, sets of files, live databases, and/or bare metal images.Most billing options can only be accessed by the Billing Owner of the account. Renewing your subscription
When you purchase your subscription, you select a specific plan and length of time. You can renew your subscription at the same plan or change your plan.
Additional Storage
Your subscription allows you to add as many users and computers as you need. However, the total combined backup space that those users and computers may use is limited. Billing Owners can purchase additional storage for their account to keep backups progressing.

Automatic renewal
Carbonite offers an automatic renewal option so that you don't have to worry about manually renewing before your subscription runs out. This may already be activated for you. You can check your automatic renewal setting or enroll in automatic renewal any time you like.

Canceling
We want to be your backup solution! If you're not happy with Carbonite for any reason, we'd like to work with you and resolve any concerns or issues you might be having with the product. Please contact us with any concerns or issues!
If you still want to cancel, you can uninstall Carbonite from your computer and make sure that you aren't enrolled in automatic renewal. Your subscription will expire once the remaining time runs out.
