Changing Your Credit Card for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

Carbonite Billing Owners can change the credit card on file within their account through the dashboard.

Solution:

1. Sign into your Carbonite account as the Billing Owner at https://account.carbonite.com.
2. Click Billing Information.
3. To edit the credit card on file, click Edit.
   
   • If you do not see a credit card listed here, it means that the Billing Owner was recently changed. You can add a new credit card to your account by enrolling in automatic renewal within the Account Summary tab. You can then change your automatic renewal status as you see fit.
4. You can edit any aspect of the current card on file.
   
5. Once you have finished inputting your new credit card information, click Save to save the changes to your account.
