Summary:
Carbonite supports current Windows and Mac operating systems in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Carbonite Mobile supports the current Android and iOS/iPad operating systems.

Mac Note: Active backups still running on max OS 10.10 -10.12 and are still supported on the 2.8.4 version of the software, but are unable to update to the newest versions. New backups on 10.12 and earlier versions of macOS is not supported.
Windows Note: Windows Server OS is only supported on the Carbonite Safe Backup Pr0 Power and Ultimate plans. Additionally, the Windows Server client-supported Operating Systems include any Revisions of the respective Server operating system Eg. Windows Server 2012 Revision 2 (abbreviated as R2)
