Enrolling in Automatic Renewal for Carbonite Safe Backup Pro

Summary:

You can enroll a valid credit card in automatic renewal, so your Carbonite subscription automatically renews at the expiration date.

You must be the Billing Owner on the account to perform the actions below.

Solution:

1. Sign into your account at https://account.carbonite.com/ or with the button below.

Sign In

2. Click Account Summary.
3. From this tab, click Change.
   
   
4. Within the pop-up that appears, select Enroll in automatic renewal.
   
   

You will receive a confirmation and your Carbonite Safe Backup Pro subscription will renew automatically at the Subscription End Date.
