Known Issue: Carbonite Status Dots Don't Display on Backed Up Files
Summary:
Carbonite status dots don't display on backed up files in File Explorer.
Cause:
Carbonite uses the Windows registry to add status dots to files, which are visible in Windows Explorer. There are 15 available slots for icon overlay so other programs may conflict with Carbonite's ability to display these dots.

- Uninstall any unused program(s) running on your computer that could be causing a conflict (like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- Restart your computer.
