Stuck Restore (Mac 2x)

Summary:

The progress of your restore can be checked from within the Carbonite User Interface. If it appears that the restore is stuck, Carbonite could just be restoring a large file.

If you see your restore status not progressing after a significant amount of time, you can close and reopen the Carbonite User Interface, ensure that you are connected to the Internet, and adjust your sleep and hibernation settings.

Solution:

Click the Carbonite icon in the menu bar and select Open Carbonite to open the Carbonite User Interface.

Within the Carbonite User Interface, click the Restore Files tab in the navigation section.

The Restore Files tab will let you restore all of your files to your computer and view the progress of the restore.
