Finding Your Product Serial Number (Mac 2x)

Summary:

You can find the Carbonite serial number through the Carbonite interface.

Solution:

First, open the Carbonite app by clicking the green dot icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen.

Within the Carbonite app, select the Account tab on the left.

The Serial Number will be located within the Account tab beneath the Software version

If Carbonite has been uninstalled or is otherwise not present on your computer, please contact Customer Care to verify ownership of your account and receive your serial number. If Carbonite is installed and functioning correctly on your computer, you can locate your serial number using the instructions above.
