Enrolling Webroot Business Endpoint Protection in Automatic Renewal

Summary:

You can enroll a valid credit card in automatic renewal, so your Webroot Business Endpoint Protection Antivirus add-on automatically renews at the expiration date.

You must be the Billing Owner on the account to perform the actions below.

Solution:

  1. Sign into your account at https://account.carbonite.com/.
  2. Click Account Summary.
  3. From this tab, click Change.
    Click Change
  4. Within the pop-up that appears, select Enroll in automatic renewal.
    Click Change

You will receive a confirmation and your Webroot Business Endpoint Protection add-on will renew automatically at the subscription end date.
