Known Issue: The A: or B: Drives Cannot be Selected for Backup by Carbonite Safe Server Backup

Summary:

When configuring a File System backup, the A: and B: drives do not appear in the file tree, and cannot be selected.

Cause:

The A: and B: drives are reserved by Windows for floppy disks, and CSSB does not check for the presence of them.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, map your drives to a different drive letter. Once complete, you will be able to include these drives in your backup set.
