Known Issue: Unable to Delete Orphaned Backup on Disk

Summary:

Local disk capacity prevents further backups and backups cannot be found in the CSSB interface.

Power and Ultimate (Not sure?) Carbonite Safe Server Backup (Not sure?) Windows

Cause:

Backup data on the local disk was orphaned from CSSB. CSSB can no longer locate the backup data that exists on disk, so it cannot be deleted using the CSSB interface.

Solution:

Manually delete the backup data from the local disk and then re-attempt the backup.
