Pending Invite Notification

When a user or administrator does not receive the email to set up their account or does not follow the instructions to set up the account, you will receive an alert in your Notifications tab. You can resend the invite to them or remove them from your account.

You can view all alerts for your account within the Dashboard's Notifications tab.

Sign into your Carbonite Safe Pro account as an administrator at https://account.carbonite.com or with the button below.

Sign In

Click Notifications. Within the Dashboard, you will see all the alerts for your account.

Click the user name to open the details page for that specific user.

Click the user or administrator

Once you have opened the details page you can take one of the following actions.

The sections below are collapsed. Please click a section title to open / close the appropriate section.

Resend the Invite

Within the user's page, you can view his or her information and perform other administrative actions.

To send the user or administrator another invite email, click Resend Invite under User profile actions or Backup Status.

Click to Resend the Invite

The user or administrator will be sent another email with details on how to set up his or her account and get started with Carbonite Safe Backup Pro.

Delete the User

Within the user's page, you can view his or her information and perform other administrative actions.

To delete the user from your Carbonite Safe Pro account, click Delete User under User profile actions.

Click Delete user

You will receive a pop-up message to confirm your actions. Click Yes, delete this user to remove the user from your account.

Confirm to Delete User

Once the user has been removed from the account, the alert will be removed from the Notifications tab.
