HOW: Manage Devices in Your Account Portal

You can manage your Webroot devices within your online account.

Solution:

  1. Login in to your Webroot account at https://account.webroot.com
  2. Navigate to the Security tab.
  3. View all past and current devices with Webroot.
  4. Rename a device with the "Rename Device" option.
  5. Remove a device with the "Remove Device" option.
  6. Access knowledge base articles on "How to Enable" disabled shield(s).
