Solution:

  1. Sign into your account at https://account.carbonite.com.
  2. Click Add a Keycode.
    Click Add a Keycode
  3. Enter your keycode and click Add.
    Enter your keycode and click Add

You can now install Webroot SecureAnywhere and manage your Carbonite and Webroot subscriptions.
