As a Carbonite Partner, you are able to manage and view certain backup settings for your Carbonite Safe Server Backup users through the Portal. In order for these options to be visible within your account, your client must be running at least version 5.2 of the Carbonite software.

You can request administrator access from your existing Safe Pro accounts through the Partner Portal. Your customer will receive a pop-up when they log into their account when you request permission to administrate their account.
